This week I got the owner of 49 Hazeldene Drive to sign a 'Location agreement' so I am within my legal rights to use the propery for my music video. I then put this on my 'Location Recce' post under my reasons for choosing this particular house as a potential location.
This week I also filled out a risk assessment on risks I may encounter whilst shooting, and ways I can avoid and help the situation if he does occur.
I also wrote to The Cure's record company asking if I was allow permission to use the song in question, this was to ensure I was well within my legal rights.
